・Difficulty connecting to the batch monitoring screen and group monitoring screen
・Detection of update stop due to delay in importing past data
・Some data is not reflected on the monitoring screen (reports, graph screens, etc.)
・Data is not reflected in products that use various API services (Mieruka Web, etc.)
・Remote control function and power generation diagnosis function are not performed
[Cause of occurrence]
Due to a problem occurring on the database server platform,
the processing server used for data aggregation, etc. was not operating normally.
As a result, uncompleted processing accumulated and the server load increased.
[Regarding the import of measurement data during a server failure]
Regarding the measurement data during the server failure,
importing to the server had not been completed for some of the data,
but the import of all measurement data was completed on Thursday, April 17, 2025.
