there have been cases where it was not possible to connect to the centralized monitoring screen
and various related services, but some recovery work has been completed
and connections are gradually being restored.
Due to the impact of this failure, "update stop detection" has been occurring
on the centralized monitoring screen since 22:00 on June 15, 2024.
Data during which "update stop detection" is occurring will be imported sequentially,
but it may take some time before the data
for the entire period can be viewed on the L-eye monitoring screen.

- Due to delays in data import, it is taking time for "update stop detection" to return.
- In some cases, after "update stop detection" returns,
"update stop detection" may occur again due to data delays.
- In some cases, error emails during server failures will be sent with multiple delays.
