【Failure details】
Due to a failure in our dedicated web service server, all web services,
including the "Remote Monitoring System & Service L-eye Monitoring Screen," are unavailable.
The following issues have occurred due to this failure.
- Loss of image data from camera image options
- Delays in various error emails
- Delays in importing and reflecting measurement data
【Regarding delays in importing measurement data】
For measurement data that was generated during the failure period,
data import processing is still ongoing for some cases.
We plan to complete data import and reflection by 6:00 PM on Monday, June 24, 2024.
【Regarding ongoing cases of "Update stop detected"】
It is possible that a problem not caused by a server failure has occurred.
Please check the on-site communication environment and the operation status of the measuring equipment.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to our users due to the server failure.
We are continuing to investigate the cause and circumstances of the failure.
We plan to post the results of the investigation on our website.
