Questions about Laplace ID

I haven't yet received the confirmation code that is sent when registering or changing my Laplace ID.
A
The confirmation code is automatically sent to your registered email address, but due to the nature of email,
it may be delayed or not received. Please check the following points.

① Have you set up your email to reject emails?
Please set it up so that you can receive emails from no-reply-service@lapsys.co.jp.
If you have rejected emails from no-reply-service@lapsys.co.jp, you will not receive emails from us.

② Has it been sorted into your spam folder or trash?
If your security software or email software has a spam prevention function,
it may have been automatically sorted into your spam folder or trash, or deleted.

③ Has the capacity of your mailbox or server exceeded its limit?
If the limit has been exceeded, you will not be able to receive emails.
Increase the capacity of your mailbox or server, or delete unnecessary emails and data to free up space.

④ Has your provider's communication status caused delays in receiving emails?
Please wait a while before checking whether you have received emails, or contact your provider.

⑤ Is the email address you registered incorrect?
Please check the email address you registered when registering or changing your Laplace ID.
