What to do if the login screen is not displayed correctly and you cannot log in

To all L・eye ASP service users

To all L・eye ASP service users Since December 5, 2017, cases have been reported where the login screen
of the L・eye Monitoring Screen does not display properly
in some environments, making it impossible to log in.

【Event】
- The login screen turns to a white background and the display is distorted
- There is no response when clicking the login button

【Solution】

① Please make sure that your PC and web browser meet
the following operating environment.

・Supported OS:Windows10
・Supported web browsers:Google Chrome / Mozilla Firefox / Microsoft Edge (all latest versions)

② Please check with your network administrator to see
if there are any restrictions on the servers you can connect to in your network environment.

If there are restrictions, please allow restrictions on "arch-assets.energymntr.com".

What to do if "Update Stopped" appears on the Monitoring Screen
