About our output control
ZEROlogo

Solar Link ZERO is a compact measurement control terminal based on a small PC. It measures and stores the power generation status of solar power generation in real time, and also controls inverter and equipment. Measurement and control data can be uploaded to a server via wired LAN or wireless communication, and can also be used for remote monitoring and PR display. It is highly scalable, and can be used in a wide range of situations by combining it with various products and options.

Measurement

Our system support capabilities are among the best in the industry, and we offer a wide range of support for smart meters and analog, contact, and pulse signal measurements.

Point

Control

It commands inverter output and equipment ON/OFF control according to the purpose and scene. It also responds to output curtailment requests, and as an output curtailment unit, ZERO retrieves control schedules from the power company's server and issues control commands to the inverter. Data related to control is uploaded to the server and can be viewed from a remote monitoring screen.

Usage Scene

Communication

Network connection is possible via wired LAN or wireless communication, so you can choose the connection method that suits your location and situation. If you choose wireless communication depending on the installation location, you won't have to worry about line construction or wiring. Uploaded data can be displayed on a remote monitoring screen.

A compact terminal that combines multiple functions such as measurement, display, and monitoring. In addition to measurement, display on a large screen, 3G wireless communication, output curtailment, and remote monitoring, it also integrates a CPU board and I/O card, eliminating the high cost and complexity of equipment.

Functions

Inverter Communication Method

Detailed data for each inverter and each string is measured via RS-485 communication.

Output Curtailment

As an output curtailment unit, it obtains the power company's control schedule and automatically controls the inverter.

For remote monitoring of Extra high voltage

Since it is possible to monitor each sub-substation individually, it is ideal for monitoring extra-high voltage power plants with many sub-substations.

3G communication

Measurement data is uploaded to a remote monitoring server using a 3G line.
*3G communication function is a paid option.

HDMI output

Equipped with one HDMI output port, it allows for easy display.

I/O Cards

Up to four I/O cards can be freely combined and used within the terminal.

Extra High Voltage monitoring and control in one unit

The Solar Link ZERO T3 is capable of performing a variety of measurements with just one unit, making it ideal for monitoring high-voltage power plants with many measurement targets. The L・eye Monitoring Screen allows you to see the operating status of the entire facility at a glance using a system diagram, and ON/OFF control of equipment such as inverters is also possible from the monitoring screen.

Remote monitoring system & service L・eye Monitoring Screen

L・eye Monitoring Screen displays data measured by Solar Link ZERO and will send emails if an abnormality occurs. You can also use the "L・eye Monitoring App" for smooth remote monitoring using your smartphone, and "L・eye Comprehensive Monitoring" for monitoring multiple power plants.

Local Display

Display on a display via HDMI output. Can be used for on-site monitoring or simple PR displays. Supports display items according to system configuration, such as storage batteries and electricity sales.
