By centralizing various information for each project, it enables swift and appropriate maintenance, and it also helps with the maintenance inspections and operational status reports of Photovoltaic power generation equipment, which have become mandatory due to the FIT law amendment. ※O&M Assist is a product exclusively for customers using the Remote Monitoring System & Service L・eye monitoring screen.
In addition to basic information such as the project's address and business operator, maintenance and trouble information, drawings, photos, contracts, and other documents can all be linked and managed with the project.
The details of the trouble, analysis of causes, consideration of countermeasures, and effectiveness verification can be recorded and shared, which can be useful when similar issues arise in the future. The status of trouble handling and maintenance can be checked at any time.
By integrating with the remote monitoring system & service L・eye monitoring screen, it is possible to reflect inverters failure history, system failure history, substation equipment anomaly history, and power generation diagnosis history into O&M Assist. This allows for the recording of details such as the occurrence time of abnormalities.
You can manage schedules by integrating with Google Calendar. When you register a scheduled maintenance, it is automatically reflected on the schedule screen. The reminder function sends an email notification to the person in charge at the set time, preventing missed actions. ※ *A separate Google account and integration setup with O&M Assist are required.
